About the Artist

Frank Eber is an award-winning American watercolor artist based in Central California. He grew up in Europe and was mentored by Italian master painter Renato Casaro in the mid-1990s, an experience that left a lasting imprint on his visual sensibility. A Signature Member of the American Watercolor Society (AWS), the National Watercolor Society (NWS), and the Transparent Watercolor Society of America (TWSA), Eber is celebrated for paintings that combine bold contrast, atmospheric mystery, and a distinctly cinematic quality of light. Primarily a plein air painter, he has worked on location across France, Italy, the Netherlands, Austria, and beyond, and conducts workshops at both national and international levels.
